Abstract

As remote quality monitoring methods for standard-converted video are needed, we previously proposed a scheme that combines subsampling and the SSSWHT-RR (spread spectrum and WHT coefficients extraction) method. This paper proposes to improve its accuracy using video signal variance and correlation coefficients.
