抄録

NHK has been subtitling broadcast news using speech recognition since March 2000. The speech recognizer processes male and female anchors separately, but crosstalk between the two degrades the recognition accuracy. This paper proposes a method to detect such crosstalk and pass only the desired utterances to the recognizer.
