Abstract
A mega-pixel surveillance system using high-resolution pictures is developed. The system displays the live video and the electrical pan-tilt-zoomed (PTZ) images simultaneously. As a result, the blind spot problem in the optical PTZ is solved, and the overlooked object can be decreased.
