2-2 Robust tracking servo system suppressing non-periodic disturbance without external sensor

Abstract

In optical recording system, the tracking servo system must follow the track of optical disk against the influence of the force disturbance. This paper proposes a new force sensor-less robust tracking servo system, which detects and suppresses the sudden disturbance without external sensor.
