Abstract
Service for hand-held reception using one segment of ISDB-T is scheduled to be launched by Spring 2006. In this article, we study on the relation between the time-interleave length and correct reception rate in the hand-held reception environment. As a result of the field experiment, it is shown that the correct reception rate is improved as the interleave length increases and the difference of the correct reception rate between time-interleave length I=4 and I=2 is about 9%.
