Photoconductive properties of a tris-8hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq_3)/perylen derivative (Me-PTC)/N, N'-Dimethyl-quinacridone (NN'-QA) layered film were studied. In the film, quantum efficiency reached about 35% at the electric field of 0.9×10^6 V/cm. From the measured gamma characteristics, it was found that the high sensitivity in the Alq_3/Me-PTC/NN'-QA layered film was caused by the carrier injection effect.
