We are investigating a high-resolution AC PDF for use in the development of a home-use display with over 4,000 scanning lines (Super Hi-Vision system; SHV) in the near future. In this study, we discuss the breakdown voltage on a high-resolution AC PDF, and analysis these dependency on gas pressure using 3-D discharge simulation.
