13-9 Improvement in wavelength differentiation characteristic of filter-less fluorescence detection sensor

Abstract

We have modified potential distribution of filter-less fluorescence detection sensor to improve wavelength differentiation characteristic. The potential distribution was changed from gentle slope to steep slope. In consequence, the measuring lower limit was expanded and the coefficient of correlation was improved from 0.966 to 0.999.
