In this study, we explain the characteristic evaluations of microwave absorbers for central frequency 5.8GHz used by an ETC system on a highway. Using this arrangement and changing the structure of it, we evaluated a bias incidence characteristic of Transverse Electric waves, Transverse Magnetic waves and circularly polarized waves in a free-space.
