1-11 Automatic endocardium tracing method by applying Active Contour Models in two stages

Abstract

We propose an semi-automatic endocardium tracing method by applying Active Contour Models in two stages. Initial contour have been experimentally prepared for each disease patterns. Experimental result using normal case and three disease cases have shown the effectiveness of the proposed method.
