11-9 A power consumption reduction of source-modulated pulse-width-modulation CMOS imager for biomedical applications

Abstract

We have designed and fabricated a low-voltage low-power-consumption CIF (352^H×288^V pixels) size CMOS image sensor using PWM pixel readout scheme with a 1.2-V single-power-supply voltage. We also described some design considerations and formulated about IR drop in PWM sensor.
