1-10 High-Precision Measurements of Liquid Crystal Parameters Using the Interference-Included 2×2 Matrix Method

Abstract

We devised the interference-included 2×2 matrix method as an optical calculation theory which could consider multiple interferences. As a result, the high-precision measurements of the parameters were achieved, and we succeeded in the improvement of the simulation accuracy of the optical characteristics by ten times compared with the conventional accuracy.
