Abstract
5.8-inch flexible AMOLED display with OTFT backplane has been fabricated. Performances of the OTFT backplane were improved by using a polymeric separator for patterning of organic semiconductors. We have confirmed an improvement of image quality in terms of brightness, uniformity, and response of the flexible display.
