We have been developing a new ultrahigh-sensitivity HARP camera tube using a fiber-optic-plate (FOP) substrate for extending application fields. The results of shooting experiments in the synchrotron microangiography system applying a FOP-HARP showed higher sensitivity compared to the ordinary system and the possibility of reducing concentration of contrast material.
