We simulated and fabricated a new electro-static focusing Spindt-type field emitter array (FEA) aiming for the ultra-high sensitive compact FEA-HARP camera. The results show the potential of the electro-static focusing FEA which satisfy both of the sufficient emission current and narrow beam spread.
