Abstract

A tested which is a conceptial model of a content download service is prepared for the advanced satellite broadcasting system with communication networks. Characteristics of this model are not only 70 Mbps high-data-rate content delivery service but also harmonization with DRM and portal website of IPTV. The new service would be launched after 2011.
