4-2 Important visual information detection based on the video production technique

Abstract

The authors propose the new method for detection of improtant visual information from video program. Conventional methods used visual and audio features specific to each object for detection. In contrast, proposed method uses features regarding video production technique. As a result, object independent detection is realized.
