4-7 Location Idenfitication by GPS and Images of Mobile Phones

Abstract

This paper promoted us to conduct a trial to confirm the margins of error in the current GPS services available on mobile phones. It was carried out in several sites in Japan in order to ascertain the nature of the errors. To identity more spacifically the by GPS function, image processing technique, using autocorrelation method between mobile phone still image and accumulated motion images was examined.
