Abstract
A wide-QQVGA flexible organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) backplane was fabricated using a new transfer technology. The characteristics of the transferred OTFT could almost be maintained after the transfer process from glass to plastic substrates. We confirmed that this transfer technique is useful for the formation of an OTFT backplane on a plastic film.
