A flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED) display driven by organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) has been successfully fabricated, after the materials and structures of image pixels on the OTFT backplane were improved to reduce defective pixels. We confirmed the enhancement of image quality in terms of uniformity on the flexible display.
