Abstract
The image safety of commercial stereoscopic TV was evaluated. Subjects were 107 members of the general public without eye disease, including children and alien. According to the results of the subjective evaluation, the degree of visual fatigue for 3-D image was slightly greater than for the usual 2-D image. However, it did not result in asthenopia, a morbid condition. In the objective evaluation, there was no difference between 2-D image and 3-D image.
