It's important to continue moderate physical activity or exercise for prevention of lifestyle related disease. So, we propose "VR Trampoline" consisted of VR and trampoline exercise. This system shows the user image linked exercise. We made two applications. From this research, we confirmed more improvement of enjoyment and exercise motivation.
