Abstract
Using TVML (TV-program Making Language), an experimental service system for TV and tablet PC s has been developed. Also, a practical and simple synchronizing method for broadcast data and those from communication channel has been proposed. We have examined that even with a small data channel bandwidth, this system showed good performance and very effective.
