Abstract
A high resolution and large field of view micro-CT system is necessary for visualization of fine three-dimensional structures of a large specimen. It automatically causes an increase in the overall number of detector’s pixels. An X-ray detector with spatial resolution of less than 5 μm is under development using a 36-megapixel CMOS digital camera.
