We previously proposed a block - adaptive post filter ing method for reconstructed image s corrupted by DCT - based coding. In this method, quantization constraint of DCT coefficients was exploited . In this p aper, we optimize the filter coefficients in DCT domain to reflect the quantization constraint for filter design
