We are developing a microwave link for 4K･ 8K program contribution. To increase the data rate, OFDM with higher-order modulation and a dual-polarized MIMO technology are introduced. LDPC codes are employed to suppress the significant increase in the required carrier-to-noise ratio due to the higher-order modulation.
