In this paper, we propose a method of combining particle filter and YOLOv3 for player tracking to cope with illuminance fluctuation. The colors of a specific player to be tracked in a soccer broadcast are dynamically determined in calculating likelihood of the particles according to the variation of brightness around or at the player s location detected by YOLOv3.
