Abstract
We fabricated a 8K image sensor overlaid with a crystalline selenium (c-Se)-based photoconversion layer. Two-step annealing was adapted to reduce the stress, which generates when we crystallize the selenium film, leading to the reduction of the pixel defects in the captured image.
