Abstract
We developed a lensless CMOS imaging device to observe two types of fluorescent proteins for FRET imaging. To achieve ultra high excitation light rejection performance, we fabricated a hybrid filter composed of an interference and an absorption filter. The fluorescence colors are separated by a two color pattern under the hybrid filter.
