Noise Less Sync Generator for Solid-State Television Camera

Abstract

Solid-state television cameras have a major problem in that synchronous noises appear in their video output. The authors have found that these noises are produced by the horizontal frequency pulses in a synchronising signal generating circuit. This paper presents a new type of synchronising signal generater which reduces noise by using a shift register as the horizontal counter.
