Abstract
Display Works 97,which was cosponserd alike last year by USDC, SIDI and SEMI, was held at San Jose in USA, January 27-31,1997. DMTC and Exposition were held on January 29-30. USDC took up the high definition FED/AMLCD with large substrate for their developing target this year. They aim to develope the equipment for 900x1100 untill 2000 year. It was the highlites in DMTC, high resolution large aria exposure, simulation of liquid-cristal fillingprocess, Full-Flow Process, Single-shot leaser annealwith 12"-spot size in diagonal, Costmodelling of Display Technologies Utilizing CMOS Backpanels.
