Abstract
In order to provide an antenna for a mobile communication, we have developed a new type of the transmission line type antenna, which we call a modlfied transmission line antenna (MTLA). We try to develop a diversity antenna by using two MTLAs separated by ground plane. In this paper, we explain the antennas coupling between two MTLAs is enough for the diversity antennas. Precise data of this antennas coupling are given by means of the wire-grid method analysis and the results are also confirmed by experiments.
