Abstract
In this paper, we propose a new encryption method which have characteristics that are much more compatible with the current MPEG coding technology. The encryption methods for the macro block layer and the slice layer are combined to incrcase the conceal-ness. Furthermore, The keys for the encryptions are generated from the secret information which is shared with the sender and the receiver by the conventional cryptography.
