Abstract
Plasma display is expected to be multi-media display in digital broadcasting era, because it is suitable to make larger and thinner display. But, it is not enough in picture quality such as brightness, contrast ratio, moving picture quality, color temperature. We have developed Plasma AI system and asymmetric cell structure panel to improve them. This paper describes the technology to improve picture quality of 42-inch plasma display.
