Abstract
ISDB-T(Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting-Terrestrial)transmission signal consists of a set of frequency blocks called OFDM-Segments. Transmission parameters such as the modulation scheme and the coding rate of the inner code can be selected independently for each OFDM-Segment. These transmission parameters are transmitted to receivers by TMCC (Transmission and Multiplexing Configuration Control)pilot carriers, which exist in each OFDM-Segment. This paper describes transmission performances of TMCC signal based on laboratory tests. Required C/N of TMCC carriers are studied under various interference conditions.
