Abstract
In this paper, we propose WHERE(Window control by Head and Eye REsponse). With WHERE, the users can visualize applications' internal informations only by looking at an object on the display and then moving one's face to the display. They can edit informations even if the internal information is visualized so that they don't have to terminate editing process when they want to see internal informations. They can visualize and edit internal informations simultaneously: WHERE uses different input divices for visualization and editing. For visualizing internal informations, eye tracking device and head position tracker are used. For editing internal informations, conventional input devices like mouse and keyboard are used. A file manager combined with WHERE was developed to confirm the effects of WHERE.
