The Discovery of Induced Stereovision and Its Application

Abstract

This paper describes the main reasons to hinder modern stereography from going to the market as the stereophonic did. On tracing the historical development of the stereography, we discovered that some old methods assisted by modern technology can realize stereo image with good performance to meet the current market requirements. Its definition and color are as good as color photos. Combined with the computer, we may watch clear and vivid 3D movies in home with less cost. We also discover the phenomenon of induced stereovision and stereovision remains, the former can be applied to extend the field of stereovision.
