Abstract
We've developed "Independent Capacitively Coupled driving method of TFT-LCD" for cellular phone applications that is demanded to have low power consumption. This driving method has advantages that counter voltage is able to be applied to DC voltage without increasing source voltage amplitude, and that storage capacitors are slowly driven at frame rate, and that gate voltage amplitude is able to be smaller than that of preceding gate type Capacitively Coupled driving method.
