Abstract
This paper proposes a watermarking scheme allowing desired image quality for broadcast monitoring. The proposed scheme generates a watermarked image achieving the desired quality from any image and extracts an embedded watermark without the original image. This scheme can realize high-quality watermarked images as 56 [dB] in the PSNR used at broadcasting stations. Simulation results show the above. This proposed scheme is applicable for monitoring on-air images using embedded ID information at broadcasting stations, because of assuring high quality.
