The Trend of Content Rights, Royalties and Permissions Management Business

Abstract

Recently, full-scale fusion of broadcast and communication is cried for. The prosperous stage for digital contents business is just being prepared. However, many obstacles may arise to the business in connection with right processing of the contents which are the big basis of contents circulation, permissions, and distribution. In such a situation, the many-sided examination about the technology about right permission, the law, and business of contents is starting completely in and outside. We will carry out introduction of those measures. It is the purpose of this paper to clarify the present condition and outline of contents right permissions management business from our position which tackles practical business several years before.
