Improvement of Estimation Accuracy for Evaluated Value Obtained by Continuous Video Quality Assessment.

We propose the improvement of the quality evaluation method for evaluated value by SSCQE method. This improved method is not only apply the statical quality estimation of every frame derived by PQS (Picture Quality Scale) but also consider the dynamic degradation and the global motion of video. All of the parameters of the proposed method are decided by using the Particle Swarm Optimization. By comparing with the conventional method and the proposed method, the improvement of estimated accuracy is appearing.
