Abstract
Fluctuations of frequency characteristics of propagation paths were measured in the experiment of oversea propagation. The receiving level for 99% of the time was about 20dB lower than maximal level. Using the frequency characteristics, the level of pilot signal and the delay-profile were calculated, and took statistics during the measurement. The statistics results of the pilot signal were higher than that of the receiving level. The results of the delay-profiles statistics, multi-paths lower than 20dB under fading phenomena were delay within 3×10^<-6> seconds.
