Abstract
When one turn length of the helical antenna is smaller than one wave length, the helical antenna works in the normal mode and generates the circular polarized wave. But it is considered that normal mode helical antenna is not suitable for practical use, because its inputresistance is found to be very low. In this report, we investigate a normal mode helical antenna with impedance mathcing section using the method of moment. As a result, we have obtained a relatively high input resistance for the normal mode helical antenna with circular polarized wave.
