Abstract
his paper describes a method for the indexing of dynamic traffic scenes to construct a traffic forecast service system with dynamic traffic scenes. The traffic forecast service system consists of the database of dynamic traffic scenes, and the indexing is necessary to retrieve a forecast scene from the database. The indeces consist of the traffic indeces like traffic volume and mean speeds as well as the general indeces like the place and time. A generation algorithm of the traffic indeces from dynamic traffic scenes and an algorithm for congestion decision will be reported.
