Abstract
We calculated the frequency characteristics and cascade-step-number characteristics of the cascade modulation system that modulates the super-multi-carriers. Distortion and noise value of the cascaded modulation system and traditional single modulation system were calculated. The calculated values were compared on the base of communication satellite, CS, signal standard. Calculation result shows that the properties of cascaded and single modulation system are nearly equal. Therefore, we can say that the cascaded modulation system is superior to the traditional single modulation scheme, because the cascaded modulation system has better network flexibility.
