Abstract
LED traffic lights are replacing conventional electric-bulbs; however, LED traffic lights are often difficult for people with color blindness. In this research, we arranged three white LED lamps directly below three blue, yellow, and red LED lamps. Individuals' methods of recognizing the light status from the position of the white LED lamps were then observed by interlinking the white LED lamps with the colored lamps.
