Abstract
Recently, the burden of assistance is increased due to the rapidly falling birhrate and the aging population, as the number of elders rose while those who help them are insufficient. In this research, the aim is to build a care system in order to alert the assistance to the abnormal situation, through the forecast of the potential threat when the condition of the one who needs help is understood. First, the condition of the person who needs help is figure out using a still picture, and the information is accumulated in the data base, and the based on that, the action forecast by the system is constructed.
