Abstract

BaTiO_3 thick-dielectric films were prepared by the doctor blade method to obtain the high performance inorganic electroluminescent devices with peeling off process. Before sintering of dielectric film, the thick-dielectric films were coated on the setter and organic films. In a second case, dielectric films on the organic films were transferred on the setter after the drying process. As a setter ZrO_2 was used to obtain a ceramic sheet. Many cracks were appeared in a thick film dielectric directly coated on the setter. On the other hand crystal growth was improved in the transferred films from organic films. High dielectric constant of 6500 was obtained from dielectric sheet.
