With the development of the mobile information and communication environment, the use rate of the mobile telephone suddenly rises, in the various scenes in the everyday life, information distribution to the user is enabled. By this report, I show the calm & modest information that considered the personal situation in a terminal and suggest technique to model interest because observation measures the natural reaction that the user for it shows.
