Abstract
In this paper, a wide band positive feedback Push-Push VCO using Double-Sided MIC technology was proposed. HEMT is used in this Push-Push oscillator. Odd harmonics are suppressed and the second harmonic is the desired output. Frequency tuning has been achieved by building phase shifters into the positive feedback loops. As a result of the experiment, tuning frequency of about 1.2GHz was successfully confirmed in Ku-band.
